Where to begin. For starters, the experience is not over bc we have not picked up our vehicle, because it hasn’t been fixed the way we wanted it fixed. Not that anyone would know that. Apparently telling the staff here over & over does nothing. The work was done before anyone contacted us & we have still not been able to get it through anyone’s thick skull what the problem is. Also, I have told multiple “customer service” agents that this is my fiancées vehicle & yet she has received zero respect or professionalism from a single employee of yours. Don’t feel like this is all your fault though. Gieco & Enterprise are just as guilty in this whole ordeal. It baffles me how many people we have explained this situation to without a single inteligente response. I truly hope someone reads this & does get back to me. That would be a refreshing change.
