I had an accident broke both ankles. My son returned rental and picked up my car. I haven't seen the work but your customer Service, email status communications and getting the car done on promised date were exceptional. I won't be driving for at least 6 weeks. In the first place,when I went to pick up my car on Saturday at 10:30 in the morning,the license plate didn't have the original frame on,I was told that since it got demaged they didn't put back,another one,also the car wasn't cleaned inside,like a professional place should,I was disappointed ,and I told them , so,now I have to go back on Monday,to replace a new frame for the license plate,and have it cleaned,inside.They offered to do all that,but I had an appointment at 11:00 in Skokie,.This is the second time I went back to the same Body Shopp,and both times I had to return,third,time,will be shame on me.God should help me,so No one hits me,and I don't have to use a Body Shopp.Thank you for asking my opinion!!!!!!????????????
