Staff was very friendly when I came in for an estimate and scheduled to have repairs made. The repairs needed were explained to me and I received a written copy of the estimate. Estimate was also sent immediately to my insurance claims department. When I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled time to be repaired, staff were expecting me and again very friendly. My vehicle was finished sooner than expected. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up, a staff member walked out to my vehicle with me and showed me the repairs that were made and checked to see that I was satisfied. He also explained the changes from the estimate to actual bill...actual bill was less than estimate due to bumper coming in correct color and not needing to be painted. Excellent customer service!
