The initial 5-day repair took an additional week to complete. Once I received my vehicle, I was disgusted to find a sloppy mess. The door (the only panel replaced) is not aligned properly. It sits too high, and the bottom portion sits at least a quarter inch deeper than the adjacent door. The paint job itself is less than acceptable. The dimples can be seen from 10 feet back. The insulation was not put back in the door, so actual operation of the door is much louder than it was before. It sounds hollow compared to the opposite door. And to sum it up, my power mirrors are now inoperable. I'm very disappointed in the end result. State Farm reassured me that**** Bentley was a no-brainer decision, but I now know differently.

My only comment is about the employee who totally did not know anything about my case and for 2 days was trying to get my vehicle back in. It took me calling my insurance carrier and having them call to get it straightened out. Once I got the right person, I was in and out in 10 minutes--something the other employee couldn't grasp in 2 days. It was very frustrating. That being said , the body shop is outstanding! Thank you.
