I am incredibly happy with your work and your customer service was excellent, however my repair ended up costing 110 more than my estimate, I did not find this out until we went to pick our car up. I received about 5 emails to keep me updated on the progress of the repair and when it would be done it just would have been nice to know that I was going to be charged about 20% more than my estimate.

I appreciate the great work your team did in restoring my car to its prior state after my unfortunate run in with a raccoon.... the car looks great, the paint job is terrific, and best of al, you went the extra step when you detailed the interior which was badly in need of it. I also appreciate the repair expert "welding the broken tab" back on my spoiler so I don't have to worry about it falling off "down the road" (pun intended) and needed ugly ties to keep it in place. I also appreciate the communication and updates on what was going on via email and phone. Thank you!!!!

I didn't have much work done, but the team went out of their way to wash the car, shampoo the floor mats and vacuum and wipe down the interior. It was much cleaner than when I brought it in. I thought it was a nice touch to the repair experience.
