Paint job was sloppy, I had to return the vehicle for a re paint. Whoever washed and " vacuumed" didn't do a very good job. They got dust all over my brand new black Honda mats and on the black interior of the driver door. Also wax on the front bumper is obviously visible against the black color. I obviously am going to have to re wash the car, which is disappointing. Customer service was great! Robert Horton made the whole experience very easy and kept me up to date about progress. The actual body work looks nice as far as I can tell. Outside of the sloppy detail work, I am satisfied with my service.

my front end needed to be have an alignment after all the work that was done and it wasn't done when I picked it up.. had to take time off from work for a whole nother day just to get a front end alignment to take a look at my tires and everything like that. it's also hard to get a time frame as far as when the vehicle supposed to be ready.
