I went to Autobody Dimensions based on the recommendation of my mechanics. The technicians were courteous and the office manager coordinated the claims process better than my insurance company. The repairs were done before the tech had estimated. I went to pick up my car 10:30pm and it wouldn't start. I had called for auto assistance when I noticed someone in an Autobody Dimensions jacket in the office. It was Charlie, the owner. He was very concerned about why the car wouldn't start[the repairs had been cosmetic]. He took a look at the engine and thought there was too much build-up around the battery connections. He gave my car a jump, waited with me until he thought the battery was charged and told me to come back the next day. Unfortunately, my schedule was too tight to come in during regular garage hours so Charlie texted one of his technicians [at 11pm] to have them come in earlier than ususal. Now in the daylight, Charlie and the techs took a look at the engine and determined the build-up was the problem. They cleaned the terminals and clamps. Charlie let me know that if the car didn't start again, to call up and someone from the garage would give me a jump so that I could take the car to my mechanic. I was very pleased with car repair, very impressed by the service I received afterwards, and very grateful that Charlie had decided to work late that night.
