I have never experience a "garage " - a male bastion in which elderly Ladies do not belong -- been so friendly, polite, caring - calling and emailing the time progress of the repaired car job -- The car comes out looking NEW - it is even cleaned inside and out : a real treat ! -everyone , including the young Lady at the desk : she even offered to return the rented car for me , because the driving conditions were poor, snow and ice starting : Thank you SO much to each one of YOU , and Happy Holidays!
