I was very surprised that my car was completed the same day. I was told it would take two to three days and was very happy to have it back that afternoon. I was also extremely impressed that my car was washed and looked so great when I picked it up. Thank you for making getting my car repaired a great experience.

The repair was done on time and appears too be well done. My only slight complaint is about the estimate process. We had an appointment. The lady started our estimate but then a walk-in came in. The young man explained that estimates are normally done by appointment. Nonetheless, he started on her estimate. Evidently, you have two people look at the damage and the estimate. We ended up having to wait for the second set of eyes as she was looking at the walk-ins vehicle. As a result, the walk-in estimate was completed before ours was.

The tech who did the repairs walked me out to my car, explained what was done and even offered to buff my headlight for free. He was amazing.
