Great experience dealing with professional and courteous worker

Let me start by saying the people in the front office are polite and professional. Now that's been said let's talk about the actual work. A part on my car was damaged. Gouged when it was tooking off to fix the part they had to fix. I was told they did not work on the part. However I know they had to take off that part to work on the part they did fixed and it was not go out before I dropped off the car. Also discrepancies on things they said they did on the list of work unmarked car was also incorrect. The paint color was not factory paint or the paint was the wrong color black. It seemed that it was a bad job of trying to color match. Also white paint sprinkles on the top of my car that were not there before dropping my car off. This is the first time I've ever drop my car at a body shop and had complaints. I normally go to Greenwald right down the street which I should have probably have done course I definitely have done. I trusted USAA car insurance and I feel like they let me down and I would not lie and say that I trust National City Auto Body. This is not an attempt to get somebody to fix parts on my car that were damaged before the accident or that we're not damaged before I drop my car off. So I will not be seeking anyone to fix anything else on my car and probably will not be using the so-called lifetime warranty. Instead I will share my experience with the world and hope that somebody else is saved from the disappointment that I have received. Nobody at National City Auto Body was rude with me or non helpful. Emailed me almost everyday while they have my car. But the work was below fair although they did wash the car. And there was extra damage done to my car. minor but none the less it was damaged during the attempted fixing up my car. I would have allowed National City Auto Body to make it right by the easy fixes on these situations however since I feel that they're being dishonest I will not be able to leave my car with them ever again 4 recommend them. If I had to grade the performance I wouldn't give them up for failure because they basically took off the stuff and the dent kind of. But because of the other damage and the sub par job on the dent, dishonesty and unwillingness to investigate to find out what happened from there body workers I would have to give them a d-. The person I talked with just assumed that they did not damage it although he was not there on the scene and did not actually fix the car. You can call Greenwald Autobody and ask them if Me or anyone in my family are complainers when it comes to body work. 15 years and not one complaint. And then National City Auto Body happens. I feel like I should have went with my gut.

The job got done before the date given and it looks amazing. I'm happy with the results. I like that I received updates and the workers were really friendly.

Whenever I had an incident involving my car, I always request to go here. They are efficient and get the job done right and on a timely manner. Customer service is above exceptional and I love the new texting app that let's me know the progress of service.
