I loved the text update feature. It provided great comfort to know things were going well. I also appreciated the. Staff cleaning my car mats as they were dirty and I hadn't the chance to do it. I also was tickled that the quality of the repair was such that no one would be able to tell there was an accident. The paint job appears invisible. Phenomenal job done by everyone. Buddy Hart was truly kind and responded to all of my questions when they arose. I did not feel dummed down to, and the entire experience was pleasant and although unexpected (the accident), I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you all very much.????
