Also pointed out that the the rear window started popping open following the accident and it still does.

Tim was very clear and helpful from start to finish. I was told that the car would be done by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest and that is what happened.
He explained all of the things that would be done to fix my car and made sure that the parts were bought as per my insurance policy with Nationwide.
