First, I like to say James Faulk is top-notch! Throughout the process, I was kept well informed of the day-to-day operation via the mobile text. I can't express how important it is to receive updated notifications, when something as important and expensive as your car, is being repaired. Secondly, knowing the repair process was going to go a couple days beyond what the appraiser had estimated, I contacted USAA to see what I needed to do to extend my rental coverage. During this phone conversation, USAA told me a number of things I need to do to insure proper coordination between all parties, which included making sure Complete Auto turned in the required supplemental paperwork to USAA and Enterprise so the rental could be extended. It made me a bit nervous to know that I as the insurance customer had to get the repair shop, rental company, and insurance company all on the same page or I would possibly be left paying out of pocket for the rental. To my surprise, I called Enterprise rental to inquire on the situation and was told me Mr. Faulk had already handled everything and that my rental had been extended throughout the duration of the repairs, at no cost to me. I like most, spend my days extremely busy; however, I was very relieved and pleasantly surprised to know everything was already handled by James on my behalf... Awesome job and the work repairs look great as well!!!! Thank you!
