When we checked in our vehicle, we were given an estimate of 3 business days. We turned our vehicle in on Monday at 8 am and got the call it was completely on Friday afternoon. It also required getting an extension on the rental vehicle. If the vehicle could have taken up to 5 days, it would have been better to know that up front.

I appreciated the professionalism of all of the members of Complete Autobody. My car was repaired in less than the originally estimated time. The text communication was timely and not excessive. It was apparent that customer service was priority. The body work thorough and excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been washed and I was offered a follow up free wash.
