Shannon in the front office set up an appointment for me to bring the car in as soon as she received a case number from Nationwide. The initial inspection of damages and repair estimate was quick and efficient. I had expressed my concern regarding noise coming from the rear of the car when I drove home following the collision...not knowing whether the transmission, drivetrain, axle, exhaust had been compromised since I had stopped when the car in front of me stopped just as my car was hit from behind. Adam further investigated and found that when the bumper absorbed the impact, it bent the tailpipe and muffler assembly. He kept me informed via text messages regarding the status of the repairs being done. When I picked up the car, Adam explained in detail, the work that was done on the car. The paint color matches, the car looks and sounds good. This was my first experience bringing my car in for repairs following an accident. Complete Auto Body made the process stress-free.
