I was told several estimated dates of completion. Upon the arrival of each of these dates, it was changed. I received many updates via email, however none of these updates contained actual information pertaining to my vehicle. I called several times the week leading up to the completion date, each time I was told I would receive a call back. Not once did I receive a call back.Even when my vehicle was completed. My vehicle was at Melloy Dodge for 7 weeks! I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Melloy Dodge.
