No comments about work performed. Final product looks fine, though seam between car body and replaced bumper does not quite look like it did prior to parts replacement. I do understand that after market parts can be that way instead of factory parts. This is the 2nd car you helped us with, both well done.

Pictures! - maybe it's just me, and it might be too much trouble, but I signed up for 'daily updates' thinking I'd actually get informative updates ...turned out just being a relative waste of both parties time; the state of my car was never described, nor were the updates of the timeline ever news-worthy, and those even became inaccurate by the end. Something that might make the customer feel a bit more involved would be actual status updates; best case scenario? - a picture with a brief description. Otherwise, the whole process seems almost magical ...which another customer might actually enjoy? - I don't know.

You guys were great. Everything went smoothly with my Jeep bumper install. I tried to get a used bumper but when it came in it was a bit beat up so you ordered and installed a new one with no delay. Washed the Jeep inside and out and returned it exactly when you said you would. Definitely a good place to go. Absolutely painless.
