No one there for my original appointment. The guy Ibwas supposed to see but was not there actually called me to set up the original appointment when I was there three weeks later to drop off the car. Office disorganized and not particularly helpful or sensitive at a stressful time.

arrived and noticed right away, front driver side bumper had clearcoat runs in it, driver side door was missing a hinge bolt, passenger side fog light does not work and a "check engine" light came on less than a 500ft from leaving the sunset chevy entrance.
