The lights that are controlled with my key fob apparently have been reset. I made the collision repair rep aware of this but was told I needed to go to the dealership to get this set as it was when I turned my car in. If this is Toyota I don’t understand why Toyota can’t set my headlights back in auto mode with my key fob. With the driver door being replaced my interior light will not come on when the door is open maybe it has something to do with the key fob reset. I’m not sure.

I felt that Rice did the best service they could provide considering Honda did not ship the parts on time.The car looks great. The problem is that we were told we would be reimbursed for a week of rental car services per our agent at Allstate and this has not happened.

The repairs were done correctly and the vehicle looked good however in my glove box I had my registration and insurance cards in a folder. When I got to my car at the dealership it was gone. I placed a call to Toyota collision and never got a returned call.

I feel like I don't get enough updates. Even a text of "part a is being ordered for X reason" would be great. "Your ETA is X." Would also be great today since I have no idea what is wrong with my car to make it vibrate after the initial repairs didn't quite hit the mark.
Was the new piece for the scratches your techs when installing my parking sensor? Is it for the recall? Why am I getting emails about pieces coming in when I don't know what the issue is with my car?
