Amazingly good job. Very timely. Well organized and clean shop. As a mechanic in my previous years, I would be very happy to have been an employee there. Parts were ordered and there before I even had to bring the car. And the work was completed well before the day I expected. It looked like the factory did the work. The car repairs were completed in a very timely manner. The staff contacted me throughout to give me updates. In particular, Evelyne Etcharren was very efficient and knowledgeable during the repair process. When she said they opened at 640 am, she was available specifically at that time. And I have to say, the shop is beyond clean!!

The communication was awesome! I appreciate the text updates and calls every couple of days. These people know their business, they were very efficient from the initial estimate through completion. My repair was more complicated than initially estimated, they communicated the complexity and possible delays at the time of estimate, so no surprised when the possible delay became the actual delay.
