I find it weird that one employees doesnt know what the other is doing. And that one does the scheduling, the next does the calling and it takes a day or two before the caller and the scheduler have communicated to let the customer know the date. The next caller has no idea who they are talking to, nor do they remember their names.
Guess that’s sad, very sad. Your beautiful shop is very impersonal, except your long time staff.
