Professional, detailed and courteous.

I brought my car in to get the fender repaired and front bumper repaired. I got my car back, and they said they replaced my front bumper which is fine, but upon further inspection I found that my front grill wasn’t properly installed, which they fixed on the spot. When I got home and inspected further, I noticed my window would hit my window visor when I opened the door. (Subaru brz window visors mount to the roof portion as it is a frameless window). I then noticed that they installed the visors improperly and that’s why it would hit the window. THEN, I noticed they SHAVED DOWN MY VISORS to get it to “work”. It still didn’t work. And I also noticed scratches on my window that I KNOW wasn’t there when I brought it in. My guess? They used a grinder or dremel tool to shave down my visor. I then brought it back to KURODA AUTO BODY, and at first Mr. Kuroda said “why the hell would they do this..” then went inside to consult his “trusty technician”. He came out and told me “my tech installed it exactly how it was installed when it came in and didn’t have any reason to shave it down”. So how did I get those scratches??? It wasn’t there when I dropped off my car, I pick it up 3 days later and it’s there. And they “didn’t do it”? He then offered to buy me new window visors but no repair for the window or rubber that was also damaged. He also told me “the guy who worked on your car has been with me forever, he wouldn’t bullsh*t me” (which clearly he did). I left, pissed off. Not satisfied. My advice? DONT go to Kuroda Auto Body. They’ll “fix” what you need fixed and add more stuff to be fixed. I’ve been here before for the same vehicle and when I got my car back there was runs in the paint and you could still see the lines from when they sanded the vehicle. NEVER coming back here. Period.

I own a 1966 Mustang Classic with a custom paint job, after speaking with Mr. Kuroda regarding the repair to my car I felt informed to the work that was going to be done to repair the damage.
