I heard a loud screeching sound from my engine compartment as I drove away from your shop. Jim, your Shop Manager drove with me for half a block to confirm the sound. Thank God it was a minor problem that he quickly identified and fixed. My concern is why wasn't this problem addressed during a test drive, or was there a test drive?
