My only request would be that you let people know further in advance to wash their car before dropping it off. I was told about it the day before I dropped it off and I was already at work. Just give customers a chance to plan accordingly.
Other than that, everything was great!

There is a small chip in the paint on the top edge of the right rear door that I do not believe was there when I brought the car in for repair. I am debating whether it is worth 40 minute drives to and from Waipahu to have it corrected.
I am unclear about the reason the completion date went from an estimated July 19 to an actual of July 10. A couple days I could understand but a decrease of about a week and a half sounds unusual, especially since the cost went up from an estimate of $****,923.25 to an actual of $3,447.58.
I have had body work done by SIGS on previous occasions. That work was excellent, as was this. SIIGS in Waipahu is not the most convenient body shop to reach from Hawaii Kai, but your excellence makes the trip worthwhile.
