I do not need someone to call me. I appreciate them doing all they could to get my car back to the shape it was before my deer accident. What I was most upset over was the cleanliness of my car. I thoroughly cleaned it before dropping it off to be repaired and received it back with mud chunks and what looked like kitty litter all over the back hatch area of my car as well as there was a bunch of animal hair in the vehicle in which I do not understand how it got there when I don't allow animals in my car... a little transfer hair I understand but there being I just vacuumed the car and shampooed it prior to dropping it off the amount of hair makes absolutely no sense as well as there is a subtle foul odor in the car that was not there before. I am not trying to complain nor get anything out of this. Just an hoping other peoples card in the future don't get returned in such bad condition.
