Love the text notifications. All of the staff had extremely good customer service skills which is can be rare nowadays. Huge kudos. And of course I can't tell my vehicle was in an accident which is the most important aspect. Thank you.

Everything was great. One criticism: Too many text messages. Ok to keep informed, but messages such as saying the car's happy, etc., are disruptive and annoying, and for someone on limited texting, can become expensive. Otherwise very happy.
