Satisfied except for the delay in the arrival of the part which resulted in our need to rent a car for a couple of days.

When I received my car I found the the hood on the passenger right hand side was not flush with the rest of the car as it should be, as well my passenger window worked perfectly fine when I brought my vehicle in but is not working now. I spoke with Nick Klause who was helpful, about the hood and he said we would discuss setting up a time to get it fixed next week. but this is unprofessional as a business to not have caught this in the first place and cause more of a hassle on my end.

Adjusted went above and beyond... Very friendly staff! Very satisfied.
