Was very pleased to see the car done early, and the work was done well. However, on the way home (after you closed) a warning light came on that coolant level was low. I filled it up over the weekend and all appears okay. But still; that is a detail that should not have been overlooked.

I cannot properly express my level of satisfaction with Apple Collision. Every person I dealt with was helpful and prompt. Your manager Joe went well above and beyond his requirements. His customer service is exemplary and he is an excellent model of how to take care of your clients. Often dealing with a collision center is unpleasant as the circumstances leading to dealing with the collision center are less than desirable. However, Apple has an excellent team and they even finished well ahead of schedule. I will whole heartedly recommend them and if I personally ever am in need of services again, I will not hesitate to come back.
