Second time they fixed it , it only looks slightly better . I chose a Honda certified collision center so that I would receive dealership quality . That’s definitely not what I received back .

I think your receptionist is very rude, I understand she might be a little busy but that does not make it ok to be rude. I also took my car back to get a dent fixed that was missed by the adjuster the first time and the guy that looked at it was supposed to call me to let me know when I could bring it back in and I’m still waiting for his call. With the economical situation going on I the country you would think businesses would be happy to have your business and treat you with respect. I could have taken my car to any other shop but I chose you guys. The work your technicians done was great like always but the rest of my experience with your staff was very disappointing.

The repairs look great, and the shop had things done in a timely manner. There was one small seal on the door handle that crept out of place about a week after we took delivery, but it was fixed promptly. We're happy.
