My dissatisfaction was that an email indicated my car would be finished on 4/21. However, on Friday evening, I received a call informing me that it was finished and needed to be picked up on Saturay btwn 9:00 a.m. And ****:00 p.m. I already had 2 appts (9 and 10) and my grandson's cake at 11:00.. Therefore, I missed my grandson's event because I had to drop off the rental car and puck up my vehicle to avoid add'l charges.
The text messages are inaccurate and therefore ineffective.
