The car came back looking ok. Except a deep scratch on the driver door that wasn't there before we turned it in. But they were extremely bad with time frames they kept guaranteeing it to us in 2 weeks and it took almost two months. If they can't produce it they shouldn't put a guarantee behind it

Well when I hire someone to work on my car and some low life steals the change out of the center compartment I'm not happy, at this point san marcos toyota will not ever get my business and I will make sure everyone I know hears about it as well as state farm insurance. I don't care how good the repair work is, what is your reputation worth?
