In the estimate a piece of trim over the wheel well was listed as being replaced they were scratched by the event. This is not painted trim it is some vinyl/plastic material.This is a brand new car. I can see the scratch from 30 or 40 feet away. This was not replaced as it was outlined in the estimate.

The repair work was amazing! I am having some weird mechanical issues since picking it up though. Wouldn’t start this morning. Driver side window won’t completely roll up and rolls itself back down. These are not issues I was previously having.

I really appreciated the warm greeting and the concern that was shown to me about my accident and my car. The gentleman that handled my estimate was very thorough and so very friendly. The office staff and the gentleman that moved my car into the service area were also very considerate. It started raining while I was inside the building and the gentleman who completed my estimate used his umbrella to walk me to the car. My car was completed earlier than exactly evted and the work looked so good. I pray that I do not need your service again but I am glad to know where to recommend my friends for such good customer service and professional work. Thanks.
