After 5 weeks of waiting and twice I had to call and ask if my car was ready because I had not received communication on the day it was promised to be ready. One hour later I notice a loud metal on metal noise, my rear suspension sounds like it’s not securely tightened and is unstable while driving.
I am very unhappy and disappointed.
Now I have to be inconvenienced to not go into work and reschedule my meetings to take care of something that may be due to a faulty part or negligence.
My first experience was great and now this... very upset!

Everything was great but if I would have known my replaced headlight cover would be so different from the one that wasn’t replaced, I probably would have had you order both & replace both covers. Of course the undamanged one would be at my cost.

I appreciated being emailed with updates and information re the progression of how repairs were progressing and an eta of when repairs would be completed. Buisness had no potential or “tried” in sending my vehicle to a mechanic shop to diagnose steering and wheel issues that occurred during the accident. No repaired was made except vehicle body, causing a inconvenience on my end to go and find a repair shop to diagnose the problem and to replace and repair. Body work job is fine but this buisness needs to send vehicles to shops when it comes to unrelated auto body problems.

Seattle Automotive made a really bad day terrific. I was very rattled after being in an accident that was the other guy's fault. Within 20 minutes, I was in and out, my car was already in a bay being examined and I had a rental car. Every day I got a report. Information was constantly flowing. I knew at all times what was going on. When I picked up the car, it was spotless and never looked like it had been thinking n an accident. Paperwork was neat and organized. Everything about this experience was top notch. Bravo!!!
