Rear door handle was installed upside down,rear parking sensors do not seem to be working, my car was full of bugs flying around in it when I picked it up, there's an additional crack in the windshield that wasn't there when I dropped it off, communication was mostly handled poorly,and it took more than a month to get my car back. Everyone I dealt with was friendly but otherwise I am disappointed in how the repair of my car has gone.

The repair was delayed by 2 weeks from original date without any prior notification.. also the communication was really bad.. I had to call twice sometimes thrice to know the status of the car.. the car was returned dirty from the inside.. overall not very happy with the experience..

Fantastic service and my car looks better that ever!!! I will recommend you. I was curious to learn that the insurance company handling the claim got a request for loaner car reimbursement when I didn't use one. I hope that was just an innocent mistake.
