Everything from the estimate by the Allstate rep to the frequent communication with Tran about updates with timelines was efficient, smooth, and helpful. I kept opening my mouth to ask questions and realizing that they were already being answered. Not just answered, but completely taken care of, such as when subtle additional damage was noticed, and you had wlready contacted my insurance to try to get it covered. You were so exceptionally good at anticipating what I needed that i had a few uncomfortable thoughts about mind-reading - then I decided that no, you guys are just really, really good at what you do, and perhaps I ought to cut back on the paranormal novels.

My first experience with Seattle Automotive was fantastic with one exception. I had to pay for the repairs but leave my car there for a few hours until I could get a ride back down to pick up my car. When I went back to pick up my car the battery was dead. Husband jumped it and off we went. Not sure what or why it happened. This business has been impressive and am very satisfied for now. Great work and customer service!!!
