I've had an absolutely amazing customer experience with Seattle Automotive that I just cannot keep to myself. Tran B, the estimator who helped me from start to finish. My car was either stolen or horribly vandalized and needed a lot of work. I was heartbroken. There's a certain amount of trauma involved with having someone violate another's liberties, and while I was working 40 hours a week, Seattle Automotive worked with my insurance company. My insurance company took care of all of the body damage but there was some mold that had come up mysteriously in the interior. Seattle Automotive spent days on the phone with Geico and got them to pay for it! I know I got lucky with that, but I promise if you put your trust in Seattle Automotive it won't be misplaced. When I got my car back I was overwhelmed with the most amazing feeling when i first saw my finished vehicle. With tears in my eyes that I couldn't hold back I threw my arms around Tran and said, "Thank you" Of Every thing that's been taken and lost in my life over the last few months, Seattle Automotive gave me back my car, and its brand new inside and out or so it looks! Seattle Automotive, you've given me my life back. I am so happy with my car I fund myself staring at it frequently it shines so bright, and when I needed a body shop to have my back more than any other point in my life : Seattle Automotive stepped up and said, "Dont worry, we have your back". Receptionist today had very poor customer service skills. Also received multiple phone calls but requested texts or email messages. Inconsistent messaging on when vehicle would be ready. Overall, I was impressed by the insurance agent, the rental car agent and the gentleman who provided me my car today. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of one key point of contact who could deliver accurate information in the manner I requested and found my experience today especially with the receptionist incredibly unprofessional, not helpful and not caring about me as a customer.

Everyone we dealt with at your Airport Way and Mercer locations was professional and responsive. We are very happy with the work on our car. We are so fortunate to have found Seattle Automotive and have already recommended it to others. We will definitely be back if something happens again to our car!

They were honest and transparent, got me a lower price than initially quoted, had a fair labor charge, nice lobby, and super quick turnaround. Hopefully I’ll never see them again lol, but if I have any damage again I’ll be sure to come back.
