The jeep is in worse condition then when I initially brought it in for the dent repair. Aside from the jeep interior being a complete disaster (i.e., it was a mess inside with dust and debris everywhere, as if they did the body work with the tops off without covering anything and then left the jeep outside over the week). There is now the issue of the additional damage. Somehow the jeep was involved in a collision while the body shop had it. There is a 3-4" gash on the front driver side bumper. I confirmed with the service advisors at the time of pick up and they also noted that it was hit with blue paint on the bumper. Additionally a trim/molding piece on the rear tailgate was completely scratched up somehow during the process - I don't even understand why they were in the back since it's no where near the dent they were repairing. Then the body shop didn't even fully secure the rock rail near where the dent was repaired. I went over this with Camran and the other service advisor that was present at the service department at the time of pick up and they noted that a service manager was going to contact me today to rectify the situation. Ultimately, I am deeply dissatisfied as the body work was initially the result of damage caused by a service warranty repair. I find it frustrating that in the process of trying to correct the issue more damage was done. Keep in mind I purchase the jeep just over 2 months ago from Farrish.

No I was not satisfied. They had my car for four days a still haven't fixed the dent I brought it in for. I will be calling them Monday to register my disappointment.
