One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It took a week for them to even be able to accept my car because they were waiting on a loaner. I show up at the dealership with my newborn and they tell me that they given my loaner car away. They didn’t know when they would have another one so I had to send me home and I had to come back later on that day to get a loaner. Then they kept my car for more than a week. There were no updates. I called frequently to check on the status but never got return phone calls. Finally I got a text message saying it was OK to pick up in the afternoon on the next day. I called at **** PM to see it was ready and No one could give me an answer. I finally talk to the service technician in charge of my car and he told me that body work had been done. I asked about the recall update that they were supposed to do as well he said I had no idea I was supposed to do an upgrade. I said that was the whole point of me bringing It in before my upcoming road trip. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and A poor reflection on the dealership. The only good part was that my car had been cleaned. If I hadn’t bought my car here I would never ever use this service center. This is not my first negative experience her with them.

Thanks - car came back fixed and cleaned. Only concern was that when I went to pick some things out of the car, it was unlocked. Maybe it is part of protocol to make sure the car is locked up at night, but I'm not sure.

Courteous friendly staff

Your staff did a great job. They were thoughtful, courteous, and delivered the vehicle a day earlier than projected. Also the interior of the Jeep was pristine clean totally awesome customer experience.

From the initial phone call to make an appointment to get my car back repaired as scheduled was a positive experience. All staff were very helpful. My car was even returned fully washed and looked as new. Thank you.
