Bad communication! Received texts throughout week with expected date/time car would be ready with no communication that date/time had changed. In my beginning to call afternoon before day expected to be done in when I can pick up car, told it may not be done but probably. I found out 2 hours before close of shop next day after me persistently calling that car would not be done. I had plans to go out of town that evening and would have appreciated further notice. In speaking to office, a rental car would be set up by your office due to car not being ready. In confirming with enterprise, reservation was set up under your account and would not be billed to me. In finding out today through looking through my bank account and in speaking with enterprise, for car rental (8/19 through 8/23) ended up being charged to me because your location did not pay bill. Unfortunately, I will be calling insurance company to file a complaint/make recommendation to not offer this location as point of service for other customers needing repair

When we brought the car in we expressed concern about the condition of the tire following the collision. The gentlemen performing the inspection for the estimate agreed and further remarked that the suspension components also needed to be looked at midway through the process we called to remind/verify that this was done only to find out at pick up that the tire had a bulge and was unsafe to drive. This after the rental was dropped off. We will now lose another week while a tire is ordered and the other repairs are completed. This is unacceptable. The lack of communication in your shop cost us time and created a great inconvenience. I cannot speak to the repair performed as we have yet to take delivery of the car.

At first I was unsure about Koontz. The communication was not there. When someone has been in an accident a lot of thoughts are going through their mind. My vehicle was returned on today and it looks like new. So I can say that it was worth the wait!
