Very quick repairs. I really liked being notified daily on the progress of my vehicle, it really gave me peace of mind and let me know I am a valued customer. A very thorough explanation of all the repairs made. I have never made a claim on my insurance before and the staff made it as painless as possible. Awesome job to everyone at Pamplin!

Passenger side door has been scratched since it was brought in. The AWD decals do not match. Whoever cleaned the outside did not pay attention to what he was doing. There is marks all over the vehicle from where it was not bugged properly. I want the scratch in the vehicle fixed as soon as possible and the decals to match. You will need to call ****-****-xxxx.

Josh has excellent customer service, and is extremely friendly. Greg helped streamline the entire process. When I had to come back to the shop because of my air, the man and woman (the owners maybe?) were awesome! They helped to hopefully fix the problem, and said if the problem acts up again, to give a call.
