Ken was awesome! He made sure my experience was the best! I’m very pleased with work and timeframe it took for the repairs. I’ve had my vehicle at another local Chevy collision center several times and have not had a good experience at all. My car came back with more damages inside scratches and just things I had to go back and have fixed but not this time! Everything was perfect and my expectations have been exceeded! Thank you also very much but a special thank you to Kevin who did such a great job !

After repair was fixed, and the car washed the vehicle was release to me with a tire that was coming apart on the driver side the tire was shine and cleaned by your collision department but I was not notified with the damage, the vehicle was at your shop for collision repair and returned back just to have another collision or death by the damaged tire the tire did not come into the shop this way therefore this was awful for a business that been in service for years.

I did not like the Enterprise rental place that I was sent to to rent a car! They were so unprofessional it was a shame!! I'll never get a rental car from them again!! It was a terrible experience!!

The repair work seems to be good. Having to drop my car off at one location, have it hauled for work at another really adds confusion and delay. It missed the "truck" for a Friday delivery to Sands off Waddell & 303 so I had to wait until Monday. No one ever seemed to really know the status. The online update was useless, doesn't update you with anything very useful, I still had to call to get updates on the status. I was told there was almost a week delay because parts were ordered and hadn't come in yet. True or not I should have been notified and the online communications portal you offer should have kept me abreast. I should never have had to call. I am also very curious at the expense of the repairs. It appears extremely extravagant for a broken driver's side mirror (just the glass!) and some scratches. Enterprise was a huge disappointment along with having to be shuttled over to their very sparse inventory of cars. The first car was dirty and had a huge crack in the window. I can't believe they let me drive off the lot with it. I took it back the next day and swapped it for another car that was much better and "safer".

they all did a great job. The service dept and the collision center went above and beyond the call of duty. They honored a repair price from another dealer, made the repairs in a timely manner and the truck looks GREAT! I couldn't ask for better service than given by the Collision Ctr and Justin. All were excellent to work with. Getting the updates on the progress of the repairs was a nice added feature. Roger H

I did appreciate the updates throughout the day. However, I never received a call that my car was ready for pickup at Sands Chevrolet. I last e-mail I received said it was on its way back to Surprise and that an adviser would contact me when it was ready for pickup. I never received any further communication.
