The absolute best auto body repair shop that I have ever seen. I give them a full Five Star rating. On a scale **** to 10, I give them a ten plus. I am not exaggerating, I could not fathom ever bring my vehicle to a different auto body Repair shop.

Overall, the work done at Palisi Auto Body was very good, and the folks there were very professional and polite. I would be happy to go there again. However I am a little disappointed that the passenger side headlight was also not covered by this claim. Now the car has a new headlight on the driver's side and a whole new front panel, but the passenger headlight is aged. This would not be, nor was it, a problem before the accident. But now that the driver's side headlight is new, the passenger's looks very foggy in comparison. I understand that from a utilitarian viewpoint, there is no need to repair or cover the passenger side headlight, since it was not damaged in the accident. But it would have been nice to have had a chance to discuss this further with USAA or Parisi Autobody before a final decision on the cost of the repair was made. My opinion is that not replacing the passenger headlight compromised the overall esthetic value of the car. I would also argue that the difference in lense clarity is also a safety concern. The road at night is now not uniformly lit, and it probably causes a distraction to the other drivers. Whether or not this falls under the umbrella of what should be covered under reasonable comprehensive auto insurance, I leave that to USAA to decide. But it would have been nice to have the opportunity to discuss my concern before the work was done.

This was our first experience with PAB. We found them online conveniently located near where we live (and the Beacon train station) after our car was damaged in an accident. It was easy to make a appointment and our car was expertly evaluated for what needed to be repaired. We wanted VW parts and that was no problem. PAB communicated the estimate directly to our insurance company and an appointment to start the work was given promptly. PAB was particularly good at communicating with us about the status of the work as it was being done. The work was finished on time. Our insurance company paid PAB directly, which was a plus. The car looks and runs great! Our experience could not have been better!
