I have taken one of my previous cars to Robert's before. With my Nissan, I wanted to have it repaired at the dealership since they do most of my other repairs and maintenance but they were not a USAA approved repair facility so I went with Robert's. They were up front with all repair and time frame estimates and were somehow able to work around my crazy work schedule. J.C. did a great job with the estimate and keeping me informed during the repair process and was very friendly and helpful and took care of me in a timely manner.

I was not happy with the results of my vehicle not only once but twice. A substantial amount of money was spent to repair that car as an addition a small amount of work where's agree quested by myself to try and improve the appearance of my vehicle. When I came to pick up the car noticed that the driver side bumper was not refashioned as per the walk-through with the insurance agent. Also the portion of the vehicle I was more than willing to pay for looked horrible still has a crease and dent on the left side of the hood and appears to be air bubbles that have popped in the Finish in / 8 to 10 spots that I've noticed so far where you can see right down to the metal of the hood or primer whichever it maybe it looks terrible.
