JC communicated with me throughout the process to keep me up on the progress, which I appreciate. The work was done in a timely manner. Everyone was kind and patient with me and my 2 preschoolers.

Yes I did pick up my vehicle and you all did a phenomenal job. Looks brand new. My husband was also impressed with the results! Although I am concerned about my front seat and the smell from.the product (its a tad strong). I know when I left my car there was a only a small patch of dirt/denim rub off closest to the door. JC (or another member he tasked to do this) went above & beyond to take the initiative to clean it, (which wasn't requested by me, as I was more concerned about the door and real panel color matching) but when I looked further, there's seems to be a bit of darkness in other areas of the seat. Unsure if this is from the cleaner used when the seat was completely wiped down (i.e residual dirt from cloth, etc) or a flaw in the leather itself? Please advise what what used by its name, even if its industry specific (I have family in the auto biz). I believe I have a limited interior warranty with my vehicle so if its a flaw I'll let Volvo handle it, if it's just dirt then "c'est la vie" and I'll have to live with it. Not much one can do with light seats/dark jeans unless install a seat cover (tacky yet practical) or simply drive with out pants (which has its own downsides). Nonetheless please get back with me with the name of the cleaning product. Again, the car and its color looks great (thanks also for the touch up paint; it's little things like that which makes **** number one with our family!)

Updates were sent everyday. Upon completion i came and was taken care of right away and my car looked awesome and clean. Overall i hated i wrecked my car but Everybody i spoke to from **** and Geico treated me great. Thank you so much. Yvette M
