Mike Cortez did a great job of handling the insurance part of the process and scheduling the work. It was actually completed a couple of days earlier than was projected. The repair work looked brand new. The body work guys did a great job. Mike made sure everything was perfect before the truck was handed over to me. If I need their services again, I will not hesitate to turn my vehicle over the Eldorado Collision repair.

This was a first time insurance claim for me. It would have been helpful if during the initial appointment it would have been stated that you all would handle all the money issues, including working with any lien holders who are listed on the claim check. By the time I figured that out you did that, I was so stressed over the preliminary work had I done contacting the lien holder myself that I didn't comprehend that there were better options to make it easier for me. Otherwise everyone was extremely helpful and patient with me. Thanks!

The guys did a great job on my car,it is flawless. They even took an emblem off of my old trunk, put a new adhesive strip on it and left it in my trunk with my broken license plate frame. I didn't ask for that, I just assumed they would be trashed. Any other repair shop would have scrapped them with the old parts. It's the little things!
