Customer service has been great but repair wise, not so good. This is the second time I have taken my car here. The first time I needed to bring it back because back bumper was not properly installed and needed to be adjusted. The second time I brought it here for repairs (just picked up today) the front bumper is not properly installed and will have to take it back again.

Did not receive good service, needed a non employee to make a house call to my home to fix a problem, that caused my car to over heat and now it's making a different noise in the motor. Needed to take time off work to meet this guy. Then my wife needed to return to the shop due to a chip and a scratch, and still the chip is visible. Bumper is not set properly cause there is a gap by the head lights. Tom said it can't be set to our expectations due it being in a older accident, but the gap was not there prior to taking it to this body shop. Not happy at all with the service we have received. I will be returning to speak with Tom and his superviser as soon as I can also will be in touch with my insurance carrier for this referral to let them know of the service we have received.

We suggest that you refer to another rental company instead of Hertz. We were really not pleased with them. This is the second time we have had a poor experience with Hertz in their off airport site. That part of the company does not seem to have it together
