Murphy and Rusty at the shop are very good at what they do. I’m very pleased with the work they done on my vehicle.

I've used Ricks three times now. All three times were in time and correct. Murphy was quick and still helpful.

Good work. Vehicle was ready the same day, and sooner than the anticipated 2 to 3 days anticipated. Courteous and responsive office stafg.

I understand that parts can take a long time to come in, but I ended waiting over a month for my car to be completed. Then, when I was called and told it would be ready on Tuesday, it actually ended up not being ready and was promised it would be ready the next morning. I called the next morning (Wednesday) and they said my car had to go back to paint since there was a scratch on the hood. While happy they found this, I was disappointed I had to wait even longer. So then Thursday was now the final date. Well that didn't work out either because the plastic protectors for the door handles didn't get put on. So now it's Friday morning and I have to work. Thankfully, they were able to drop the car off at my workplace but I wasn't then able to drive and carefully make sure I was satisfied with everything before I had to sign the paperwork saying I received the car and was happy with it. Then, after work, I got into my car, and I have **** mile to empty! The guy that brought me my car was nice enough to put $5 in the tank, but **** mile to empty? Very disappointing. Also, things were not being communicated with the rental car agency and the rental car agency kept calling me about my drop off time and how my insurance coverage had run out even though I didn't have my car back. I had to call the agency stating that I was not exactly sure when I would be returning the car because the date kept changing. It was all very frustrating. Also, these updates were not communicated with me. I had to call to get answers and that's not how a customer should be updated.

I was given a four to five business day estimate which became a nine business day venture. The car looks good and the work was nice, I just wish the estimate was more accurate.

I trust Ricks to do the fantastic job they do starting with a friendly efficient front office. Great people who obviously love what they do. Excellent, complete work. I will continue to use them exclusively.

I am very please with the service I received from Ricks Paint & Body and the repairs that was done on my Infiniti. Great job guys, you will definitely be my first choice for any repairs.

My only complaint is that there was paint left on my windshield...other than that the staff was friendly and my car looks good!

I have used Rick's before. Have always been pleased with the workmanship done and the timeliness. Staff are very professional. Customers are treated with respect.

The only thing was y'all didn't replace my fog light but I called y'all and y'all are to order one and replace for me.
