Cimorelli’s is a family owned and operated business and I like that, and want to support that!! Paul is very professional and very good at his job! My car was fixed perfectly and quickly and at the exact amount he said it would be!! When the car was done he said there were no extra repairs or costs needed. That’s an honest man!! Then, when Nichole called me to tell me my car was done, and I can pick it up, I told her I had no one to drive me. She told me she would come to my house to pick me up. I was so pleasantly surprised! Who does that in this day and age? She was so sweet and so kind to do that for me!!! My car looked like I just drove it off the showroom floor! It was cleaned inside and out and shining like brand new!! Cimorelli’s is a business you can trust and I really do appreciate! I am very glad I chose them! Thank you again for everything?? Your entire staff and ‘family’ were so professional and yet friendly and warm! A rare combination for sure! You kept me informed every few days of the status on the repairs to my Toyota. Even though there were roughly $6,000 in damages, I was hopeful for the repair work to be completed before Christmas vacation. Your staff told me that if all went well - they would meet this deadline. To my surprise and delight, the repairs were completed one week before promised!!!!!! The car looks great - Thank you!!!!
