Henry kept me updated on the situations and progress on my vehicle. He also kept me informed on what the insurance company was doing and not doing to move the claim process along. Henry made a lot contact with the insurance agent which took the stress off me having to deal with them. He also told me when my vehicle would be completed and he delivered on his word. He was always professional and courteous. He was very approachable from the time I interviewed him to include the inspection of the completed work.
