Everyone I dealt with at Quality Body Shop was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful. They worked efficiently and kept me updated on the repair process. They were very knowledgeable and put me at ease with the insurance company handling the payout following the collision. They even went so far as to book my rental car for me through the insurance company. When I picked my car up, it looked brand new. The interior detailing and exterior wash was an excellent touch that I really appreciated. I will recommend this shop to others!

There was just one thing I am not sure about yet. That is my defrost. It is not defrosting in the middle of the windshield. This happened with another accident similar to this one. I had to take it back for them to fix it the second time... (not Quality Auto Body). So I was paying more attention to the defrost when I picked it up. I am going to see how it goes the next few days and see if it is still an issue, or just one night. Dave was there with me when I picked it up and we looked at it together. He said I would have to take that back to Toyota, for them to look at. This is the absolute only thing that I am not satisfied with. Other than that, I love your staff, they are all wonderful, friendly and attentive. Great communication, and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else for repair work ever again. Oh, to clarify, I am not upset with Dave, just explaining how the pick up went. He told me to let him know about the defrost. I keep my car in the garage and am l on crutches so not using the car much. Just want to note that in case it’s a few days or so before I test out the defrost again.

I spoke with George about the new fender not matching the current color of my car. He mentioned the car may have been painted in the past with a paint that did not match the original paint. No matter what you guys should have done whatever you needed to make the car uniform. Is it just replacing parts?
